I approach psychotherapy from a client-centred, anti-racist, relational, and trauma-informed perspective. I aim to work with clients from an empathic and collaborative standpoint that allows the client to approach therapy at their own pace and level of comfort.

In addressing the various ways systemic oppression impacts clients’ well-being, I hope to support clients in developing a greater sense of authenticity, self-empowerment, and mutuality.

Services & Pricing

I practice a feminist relational-cultural model of therapy wherein clients identify the difficulties that they are experiencing and we work together to identify relational patterns. Feminist Relational-Cultural therapy seeks to address power differentials, the importance of healthy relationships, and socio-cultural empowerment.[1]

This approach suggests that the sources of many mental health difficulties, as well as their solutions, are located within interpersonal relationships. The goal of this approach is to develop more complex, growth-fostering relationships based on mutuality, mutual empathy, and mutual empowerment.

Sessions are $120+HST for a fifty minute session. Sliding scale options are also available.

If you would like to claim therapy sessions through an insurance provider, please confirm that your insurance provider accepts services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist or Certified Canadian Counsellor.
