Feminist Relational-Cultural Therapy is a compassionate, collaborative approach that centers connection, empathy, and empowerment. It recognizes that many struggles arise from disconnection — both within ourselves and in our relationships — often shaped by cultural and systemic forces like sexism, racism, and other forms of oppression. In therapy, we work together to build authentic relationships that support healing, resilience, and growth.

Our sessions are a space for reflection, curiosity, and genuine connection. I don’t approach therapy as an expert “fixing” you, but as a partner in understanding your experiences and supporting your growth. We’ll explore your relationships, identity, and patterns of connection — always at a pace that feels safe and grounded for you.
-
The length of therapy depends on your needs and goals. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term work focused on deeper healing and personal growth. We’ll discuss your goals together and revisit them regularly as you progress.
